Membership fees are $95.00 annually and are used for improvements to the Club, utilities, taxes, licenses and other expenses incurred through the operation of the Club. Currently the first year’s dues are complimentary & future dues are obtained through two payroll deductions of $47.50 on April 15 & May 15 each year. Application to Join If you are interested in joining the Supervisors' Club, please open the Application, fill it out, and send it to the Supervisors' Club. You may contact Kathy at 233-4202 or via email at BeringKathy@JohnDeere.com with any questions. Once your eligibility has been verified (all salaried employees of John Deere Waterloo operations are eligible), you will be added to her e-mail for club news, a board of directors listing and newsletters every other month.
